TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say an Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper was among three people injured in a multiple vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in Tucson.

DPS officials say the three-vehicle crash occurred about 4 p.m. Thursday.

Two people were taken to a hospital for unknown injuries and the state trooper was transported as a precautionary measure.

The name of the injured trooper wasn’t immediately released and DPS didn’t provide details about the crash.
