HODGES, S.C. (AP) - The South Carolina Highway Patrol says two people have died in a head-on collision.
Greenwood County Coroner Sonny Cox told local media outlets that the wreck happened shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday on state Highway 254 in Hodges.
Cox said the victims were 22-year-old Cheyna Eve Fore of Hodges, and 50-year-old John Charles Neal Jr. of Greenville. Troopers said neither of them was wearing a seat belt.
Troopers are still investigating the crash.
