NEW YORK (AP) - Police say a 2-month-old baby was seriously injured in an assault on her mother in a New York City apartment.
The New York Post reported (https://nyp.st/2pR7klH) that the infant’s father attacked the mother while she was holding her daughter on Sunday morning at the Bronx home. Police said the child fell on the floor and suffered a head injury.
The suspect fled and was still being sought by police.
