SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - The annual Bloomsday road race in Spokane drew nearly 43,000 runners to the city.

Of those, more than 38,700 people finished the 7½-mile race on Sunday morning.

That’s according to race director Don Kardong.



Bloomsday is one of the nation’s largest road races.
