ELIZABETH, N.J. (AP) - A street shooting in northern New Jersey has left two women dead.
Union County prosecutors say Elizabeth police found 22-year-old Rah-Zhane Lee, of Roselle, and 24-year-old Elizabeth resident Shaniquah Richardson when they responded to reports of shots fired early Wednesday.
Both women were taken to a hospital but were pronounced dead there a short time later.
A motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
Authorities declined to provide further details on the shooting, including what type of weapon may have been used.
No arrests have been made.
