CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) - Denzel Mahoney hit all 11 free throw attempts and totaled 21 points to lead Southeast Missouri State to an 81-69 victory over Missouri Baptist on Friday night.

Ledarrius Brewer came off the bench to score 14 points with five rebounds, three assists and two steals for the Redhawks. Daniel Simmons added 13 points, Jonathan Dalton chipped in 11 while dishing out seven assists and Mark Laros scored nine points while pulling down nine rebounds.

Both teams hit 50 percent of their shots but Southeast Missouri made 27 and added 19 from the free throw line. The Spartans hit 24 from the floor and made 13 free throws.

The Spartans jumped out to an early lead but Mahoney hit a jumper and made a layup and Simmons drilled a 3-pointer for a 21-15 lead with 7:44 left in the first half.

Jahmouri Robinson led the Spartans with 14 points.
