ANDOVER, Minn. (AP) - Anoka County sheriff’s officials say three people are in custody for a fatal hit-and-run crash in Andover.

Seventeen-year-old Tristan Robinson of Nowthen was struck and killed Friday. Authorities say the teen was intentionally targeted as part of a drug-related robbery.

Investigators say three teens have been arrested in the death and deputies have located the suspects’ vehicle.
