PHOENIX (AP) - The Latest on a crash involving pedestrians (all times local):
2:35 p.m.
Phoenix police say a 22-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly driving impaired and hitting four pedestrians including three children.
They say a 7-year-old girl was critically injured Monday when a pickup struck a 36-year-old woman and her three daughters using a crosswalk at an intersection.
Police say the mother and her 6-year-old and 11-year-old daughters were taken to hospitals with serious injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
They say the driver of the pickup truck told police he didn’t see the family members when he had a green light and made a left turn at the intersection of Campbell and 19th avenues.
Police say the unidentified driver could face criminal charges pending the outcome of laboratory analysis.

A Phoenix Police Department spokesman says one girl was critically injured Monday when a pickup struck a mother and her three daughters using a crosswalk at an intersection.
Sgt. Alan Pfohl says a 7-year-old girl was critically injured while the mother and her 6-year-old and 11-year-old daughters had serious injuries not considered life-threatening. A Fire Department spokesman earlier released different information regarding ages and conditions.
Pfohl says the pickup’s driver told police he didn’t see the family members when he had a green light and made a left turn at the intersection of Campbell and 19th avenues.
Pfohl says detectives will investigate the incident but that preliminary information didn’t indicate the driver was impaired.

Authorities say a woman and her three young children are being treated at hospitals after being struck by a pickup at an intersection Monday morning.
Fire Capt. Jake Van Hook says the woman and a 4-year-old girl were in stable condition while 11-year-old and 5-year-old girls were in critical condition.
The incident occurred at 19th and Campbell avenues where a news photo shows a dark pickup parked with a police vehicle nearby.
