PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Authorities say a woman set fire to her condominium outside Portland, causing another occupant to jump out of a second floor window to escape the flames.

The Oregonian/OregonLive reports that deputies with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old woman who they say intentionally started a fire at the Tanasbrook Condominiums in Beaverton on Friday.

The male occupant was transported to the hospital with minor injuries after jumping to evade the blaze.

Deputies say the woman was not injured, and she fled the scene. She was later arrested a short distance away.

The woman was charged with arson and was booked into jail. Her bail was set at $250,000.
