ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (AP) - A male Girl Scout leader in Maryland has been charged with having and distributing child pornography.
WTOP-FM reports that 45-year-old Stacy Mizrahi was arrested Thursday after state troopers obtained a search warrant and found the child pornography on his computer. Maryland State Police say the Ellicott City man was charged after a Computer Crimes Unit investigator was able to download child pornography from an internet address traced to Mizrahi’s home.
Police say Mizrahi is a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland and co-leads Troop 715 along with two women.
The radio station said it did not know if Mizrahi had obtained a lawyer.
