LITHONIA, Ga. (AP) - A man was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds outside an Atlanta-area mall, and a suspect is in custody.
DeKalb County police spokeswoman Shiera Campbell told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the department is assisting the Atlanta Police Department homicide unit with the investigation. DeKalb police Sgt. Steven Dean says an officer found the victim’s abandoned car at the Mall at Stonecrest with the victim’s body inside Friday morning.
No further details were immediately released.
