BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - An $11.4 million construction project on Interstate 94 between Bismarck and Mandan is wrapping up.

All four lanes of the interstate are expected to open sometime this week. The five-mile stretch of I-94 has been narrowed to two lanes since last spring, with reduced traffic speeds.

The construction project included concrete and asphalt repairs and bridge work.

Ninety percent of the project was federally funded, with the rest covered by the state.
