NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Officials have identified the South Carolina man who died after a shooting in the driveway of a home.
The Dorchester County Coroner’s Office told local media that the victim was 40-year-old Al-Jaami Asa Sweet of North Charleston. Officers had been called to a shooting around 1:45 p.m. Sunday.
A witness said a man walked around a building and opened fire. Another witness said the suspect left in a car. No arrests have been made.
