CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A man has been sentenced in federal court in New Hampshire to over three years in prison for distributing fentanyl in Manchester last year.
Prosecutors say 26-year-old Michael Soto-Hernandez, who was sentenced Tuesday, had pleaded guilty to two drug charges in June.
Court records say investigators used a cooperating individual to make purchases of heroin from Soto-Hernandez in 2016. Subsequent lab results showed that the substance sold was actually fentanyl, a painkiller that is far stronger than heroin.
