Death of Temple student who fell from dorm ruled suicide

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The death of a Temple University student from New Jersey who fell from a window at his dorm has been ruled a suicide.

Philly.com reports (https://bit.ly/2fRXUUL ) that the Philadelphia Department of Public Health announced the finding Wednesday.

University officials say 19-year-old Richard Dalcourt died Tuesday morning at the campus in northern Philadelphia. He was a freshman mechanical engineering student from Plainsboro, New Jersey.
