Boy, 10, killed in accident involving church gate

MUKILTEO, Wash. (AP) - A 10-year-old boy has died after an accident involving a metal gate at a church in Mukilteo.

KOMO reports ( https://bit.ly/2hPPwWG ) officials were called to the Sulamita Slavic Church about 4:25 p.m. Thursday. When paramedics arrived, two bystanders were doing CPR on the boy and had moved a gate off of him. He had a head injury.

The boy was pronounced dead after paramedics arrived.

It’s unclear what happened with the gate and an investigation continues.
