TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police are seeking a 21-year-old man who is accused of seriously injuring another man after several people in a vehicle got out of it following an argument.

Police say a felony warrant accuses Caleb Armando Flores Castro of two counts of aggravated assault in the Sept. incident in which one man was struck after getting out of the vehicle and another man was brushed by it.

Police say a third person who had gotten out of the vehicle after the argument wasn’t injured when the vehicle was driven onto a sidewalk.
