NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Authorities in Newark are investigating the fatal shooting of a 27-year-old man.
Police and the county prosecutor’s office say officers responding to a report of shots being fired found Del Roberts Jr., of Irvington, suffering from gunshot wounds around 11:30 a.m. Saturday. He was taken to University Hospital, where he died about 45 minutes later.
No arrests have been made.
The investigation is continuing.
