ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A former Bernalillo County jail guard has been convicted of raping a female inmate inside a courthouse elevator in Albuquerque.
The state Attorney General’s Office announced that a District Court jury on Thursday convicted Enock Arvizo of criminal sexual penetration of an inmate in the 2015 attack.
