Woman arrested in death of boy found burned in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Milwaukee police have arrested a 23-year-old woman in the death of a boy found partially burned in a south side residence.

Homicide detectives were called to the scene as well as Milwaukee firefighters shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday. Police say the Milwaukee woman was arrested around noon.

Police are working with the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine a cause of death. The victim has not been identified.
