BOULDER CITY, Nev. (AP) - Authorities are still searching for a swimmer who went missing two days ago in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

National Park Service officials say the man in his 60s went under water Wednesday afternoon near Sentinel Island in the Boulder Basin of Lake Mead.

Park service and the state Department of Wildlife crews have been searching for the man since.

People in the area say he wasn’t wearing a life jacket at the time.
