SALEM, Ore. (AP) - An Oregon man who sexually abused a foster child has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

The Statesman Journal reports (https://is.gd/mcTuHT ) 34-year-old Casey Miller of Keizer received the sentence Thursday after pleading guilty to first-degree sodomy.

The girl, now 11, addressed Miller in court, saying she was mad at him and sad about other kids he hurt.

Miller was previously convicted of criminal mistreatment after one of his foster children - an infant - left his care with seven broken bones.

Miller declined to speak at the hearing.
