PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - A Hermosa man is accused of stealing mail from a mailbox and using another person’s identity to obtain credit cards.
Thirty-nine-year-old Tobin Nettifee has pleaded not guilty to federal charges including mail theft and identity theft.
The U.S. attorney’s office says Nettifee faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted. A trial date wasn’t immediately scheduled.
