WHITTIER, Calif. (AP) - Authorities are investigating the deaths of two women believed to be mother and daughter who were found dead at a Southern California home.
Officials say police responded in Whittier late Monday following reports that two people were unresponsive.
The Los Angeles Times reports the women - one believed to be in her 70s; the other in her 90s - died at the scene.
Police Lt. Jay Tatman says there were no obvious signs of foul play at the home east of Los Angeles. The coroner’s office will determine the causes of death.
