SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - Authorities in Maine say a refrigerated trailer was destroyed when it caught fire.

Crews responded to the fire at the Hannaford Distribution Center in South Portland Thursday morning. Authorities say the fire was quickly contained.

No one was injured.

The fire reached the outside of the distribution center’s main warehouse. South Portland Deputy Fire Chief Mike Williams says the warehouse’s interior probably sustained smoke damage.

Hannaford spokesman Eric Blom says there was no structural damage. Blom says operations won’t be affected by the fire.
