PHOENIX (AP) - Police in Phoenix say a motorcyclist has died in a crash with a semi-truck.

They say the collision occurred about 9 a.m. Tuesday south of Deer Valley Road.

Police say the semi-truck was making a left turn and collided with the motorcycle.

They say the man driving the motorcycle died of his injuries.

His name hasn’t been released yet.

Police say driver impairment doesn’t appear to be a factor in the fatal crash, but speed and other factors remain under investigation.
