EAST GREENWICH, R.I. (AP) - State police say one person has died in an early morning crash on Interstate 95 in East Greenwich.

Police say a car headed north went off the highway and rolled over at about 5:30 a.m. Friday.

The driver was ejected from the car and was taken to Kent Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

No name was immediately released.

The crash did cause some delays during the morning commute until the scene was cleared at about 7 a.m.
