WHITE SANDS MISSILE RANGE, N.M. (AP) - White Sands Missile Range has a new leader.

The Army testing site in New Mexico welcomed Brig. Gen. Gregory Brady Friday during a ceremony that also honored Brig. Gen. Eric Sanchez, who is retiring from the job.

Brady comes to White Sands from the Pentagon, where he served as the fires division chief in the Strategy, Plans and Policy Directorate.

Brady is a West Point graduate who says he will continue to prioritize readiness and a strong relationship with the local community.
