FARGO, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Air National Guard’s 119th Wing is getting a new commander.
Col. Darrin Anderson will take the reins from Col. Britt Hatley during a change-of-command ceremony Saturday in Fargo.
Hatley has been commander of the unit better known as the Happy Hooligans since February 2017.
Anderson will be the first non-pilot to lead the wing.
