GOLDSBY, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says southbound lanes of Interstate 35 just south of Norman have reopened following a fiery collision, but northbound traffic remains restricted to the right shoulder of the interstate.

The OHP says both northbound and southbound lanes were shut down Monday morning at mile marker 104 at Goldsby, about 22 miles (35 kilometers) south of Oklahoma City.

Southbound lanes were reopened about 1:30 p.m.

Oklahoma Department of Transportation spokesman Cody Boyd says one lane of northbound traffic is being allowed to pass on the shoulder and the interstate is expected to be closed until about 5 p.m.

Details of the crash have not been released, but OHP says it occurred shortly before 7:30 a.m. and that there are injuries.
