TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - Prosecutors say a grand jury has indicted three men in a shooting last fall in New Jersey’s capital city that killed a woman and seriously injured a teenage girl.

Mercer County prosecutors say 19-year-old Zion Williams, 32-year-old Rahein McInnis and 24-year-old Togbah Kpehe remain in county jail on first-degree murder and attempted murder charges.

They also face firearms charges in the Oct. 6 shooting at a Trenton intersection that killed 58-year-old Wilma Rutledge and wounded a 14-year-old girl. Two juveniles also face charges and prosecutors want the cases moved to adult court.

Williams’ attorney has questioned the identification of his client. McInnis’s attorney says her client is being judged guilty by association. Kpehe’s attorney has said his client operated an informal ride-share service and just dropped people off.
