NASHUA, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire police say they have arrested a man after looking at video of a road rage encounter in which he appears to shove a woman to the ground.

Police in Nashua responded to what they described as a minor accident on Sunday following a brief road rage incident involving two vehicles.

A woman recorded an argument between the drivers in which a man appears to shove a woman and she falls back into a snow-covered median. The witness showed the video to police.

Police later arrested 28-year-old Ricardo Montanez, of Hudson, on a misdemeanor simple assault charge.

Montanez was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bond was scheduled to be arraigned on March 22. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer and a phone number couldn’t be found for him.
