Wake Forest guard Washington to transfer after season

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) - Wake Forest says sophomore guard Rich Washington will transfer after the season.

Coach Danny Manning announced the decision Tuesday.

Washington is not playing this season due to injury and appeared in eight games as a freshman last year.
