WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Two Delaware men have been arrested for legally dumping trash in state wildlife areas.

The News Journal of Wilmington reports Fish and Wildlife Natural Resources police with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control arrested 33-year-old Ibis Ayala on Feb. 18 and 41-year-old William Cloak III on Feb. 22.

Ayala has been charged with of causing or contributing to the disposal or discharge of solid waste on a Woodland Beach Wildlife Area near Smyrna. Cloak is charged with the same crime on the Norman G. Wilder Wildlife Area near Felton. Ayala also has charges from a similar incident on another property.

Cloak is out on bail. Ayala has pleaded guilty and was fined $652 before being released.

It’s unclear if Cloak has a lawyer.
