BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont resident who faced a second-degree murder charge for one fatal punch as a teen is a free man.
MyChamplainValley.com reports 19-year-old Bradley Senna, of Winooski, was sentenced to time served and five years of probation after pleading guilty to a lesser charge of involuntary manslaughter Wednesday.
Prosecutors say Senna struck 54-year-old David Hojohn during a confrontation with several other people in August 2016. Police say Hojohn fell to the ground after the hit, striking his head on concrete.

Hojohn died several days later.
Senna’s lawyer previously argued his client did not act with the “wanton disregard” for life that prompted a murder charge.
A judge has ordered the man to be monitored electronically and undergo anger management and substance abuse counseling.
