FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) - The Navajo County Attorney’s Office says the shooting death of a man by three Flagstaff police officers in October was justified under Arizona law.
The Arizona Daily Sun reports the office made public an 11-page report that states the officers committed no criminal violations in the death of 29-year-old Sean D. Brady.
Authorities say officers William Condon, Dustin Hemp and Ryan Sherf shot Brady after he fired a handgun at an approaching officer.

Police say the officers were called to a Walmart parking lot after reports of Brady brandishing a gun during an argument with another person.
The case was sent to Navajo County authorities to avoid a conflict of interest in Coconino County where the shooting occurred.
