WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - A New York City man who went on a suburban home burglary spree will be residing in a state prison.
Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino Jr. said Thursday that 52-year-old Angelo Carzoglio of Manhattan will spend 18 years to life behind bars.
Carzoglio was part of a theft ring responsible for 11 home burglaries in 2014.

The victims were in Harrison, Irvington, Rye Brook, Tarrytown, Bedford, New Castle and Mamaroneck.
Carzoglio’s partners in crime included a jeweler in the Manhattan diamond district.
A GPS device helped him navigate unfamiliar neighborhoods and make quick getaways. It also left a trail of digital footprints that helped lead to his conviction.
