BALTIMORE (AP) - Three Black Guerilla Family members have been convicted for their roles in a Baltimore regime of the gang.

Federal prosecutors say in a Thursday statement 35-year-old Gerald “Geezy” Johnson, 30-year-old Kenneth “Slay” Jones and 25-year-old Marquise “Digga” McCants were convicted of conspiring to violate racketeering and drug trafficking laws, and other charges.

Prosecutors say six other BGF members ages 23 to 36 pleaded guilty to racketeering and drug trafficking. The convictions followed a nearly 2-year investigation by local and federal agencies.
