TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A Florida man has pleaded guilty to selling an opioid painkiller that led to a customer’s fatal overdose.

A U.S. Attorney’s Office news release says 29-year-old Antonorio Nelson pleaded guilty this week to conspiracy to distribute furanylfentanyl resulting in death. He faces 20 years to life in prison.

Authorities say the victim was found dead last February after buying drugs from Nelson. Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives executed a search warrant several days later at Nelson’s Lakeland home, where they reported finding 73 baggies of furanylfentanyl and a loaded .38 caliber revolver.
