Man found dead in Vancouver identified

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - The Clark County Medical Examiner has identified a man found dead Dec. 30 in Vancouver as 23-year-old Vincent R. Trevino.

The Columbian reports Trevino died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds.

His death has been ruled a homicide.

The medical examiner was unable to confirm where the man lived.

Police responded to reports of shots fired shortly after 4 a.m. near the 12500 block of Northeast 28th Street. Officers found Trevino’s body in the area, according to a Vancouver Police Department.

Vancouver Police spokeswoman Kim Kapp says witnesses were interviewed and that no suspects have been identified.
