EASTON, Pa. (AP) - Zach Thomas scored 25 points and grabbed 13 rebounds, Nana Foulland had 20 points, 11 boards and three blocks, and Bucknell beat Lafayette 80-75 in overtime on Monday night.

Stephen Brown reached 1,000 career points on a tiebreaking 3-pointer late in overtime to become the 42nd player in program history to reach the mark. Lafayette didn’t make a field goal in OT and Bucknell guard Jimmy Sotos sealed it at the line with nine seconds left.

At the end of regulation, Alex Petrie had a deep 3-pointer hit the back of the rim, but Justin Jaworski chased down the offensive rebound in the corner and Petrie forced the extra session with a contested 3-pointer at the buzzer .

Brown added 19 points for Bucknell (9-8, 3-1 Patriot). Thomas and Foulland combined to make 15 of 20 free throws as the Bison hit 22 of 29.

Petrie scored 26 points, including four 3-pointers, for Lafayette (4-11, 2-2). Paulius Zalys had 12 points and seven rebounds, and Matt Klinewski scored 10.
