Did you miss out on the chance to get a picture with the Stanley Cup? Take one with the Commissioner’s Trophy — given to the team that wins the World Series  — instead.

Fans patiently waited to get their picture taken with the trophy Friday at MLB’s FanFest, located at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The convention runs through Tuesday and a ticket is required for entry.

To be able to pose with it, fans also have to sign up for the GEICO All-Star FanFest Experience Pass, which will provide a personal QR code.

“It’s thrilling,” said Jeff Hysen, a Silver Spring native.

The Stanley Cup, meanwhile, continues to tour the globe — with winger Alex Chiasson getting a day with it in Montreal on Friday. The NHL’s trophy was recently in Russia and the Czech Republic.

Tickets to FanFest can be purchased here.
