CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A 19-year-old New Hampshire man who posted sexually explicit images of two ex-girlfriends online without their consent has been sentenced to two years in jail.

The Concord Monitor reports David Browall, of Chichester, told police he shared the nude images of one of the girls as “payback” after she applied for a restraining order against him last year.

The girls were 16 at the time and dated Browall months apart. They were named in the posts.

The girls said they thought he understood that whatever they sent was private and meant to be kept between boyfriend and girlfriend.

Browall pleaded guilty to uploading the images. His lawyer noted that he had no criminal record and was just a juvenile who wasn’t thinking clearly and made a mistake.
