CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A California man was sentenced to prison for enticing a 14-year-old girl in Wyoming to send him sexually explicit photos to make child pornography.
KTWO-AM reports Dennis Francis Boyle, of Davis, California, was sentenced Monday to 13 years and eight months in federal court in Casper.
Boyle, a Navy veteran and former Boy Scout leader, pleaded guilty to two counts of production of child pornography during a change of plea hearing in April.
Boyle received two concurrent 15-year prison terms to be served concurrently with a seven-year term for similar crimes in California as part of a plea agreement.
Boyle also was ordered to pay $5,000 to the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act and undergo sex offender treatment.
