ORANGE PARK, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say a 56-year-old woman has been fatally struck by a train in north Florida.

The Florida Highway Patrol says Lucinda Eucker was walking along the railroad tracks Friday morning when a CSX train heading toward Jacksonville hit her in Orange Park.

CSX said in a statement that the company is working with investigators to learn what happened. The train had three locomotives and 107 empty rail cars.



No further details were immediately available.
