NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A man who is accused of attempted murder and who was mistakenly released from a Tennessee jail has been recaptured.

Nashville police say 19-year-old Quindarius Jordan was arrested Thursday by the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force. He was found hiding under a kitchen sink.

Jordan was released from jail June 15 due to a clerical error that showed his bond as $5,000 instead of the $150,000 that a judge had set.

Jordan is charged with attempted first-degree murder, felony reckless endangerment, unlawful gun possession and aggravated assault. He allegedly was shooting at someone else on Oct. 6 when gunfire hit 62-year-old Marilyn Jenkins in the hip. Jordan is also accused of shooting an 18-year-old acquaintance on Aug. 25.
