DOVER, N.H. (AP) - A Boston-based real estate firm has started its apartment redevelopment project in Dover, New Hampshire.

Foster’s Daily Democrat reports crews began demolishing the Robbins Auto Parts building Monday. Cathartes plans to replace the building with a five-story mixed-use building that includes commercial space and 130 residential units.

Cathartes says it will widen the sidewalk near the building and create a park behind the property. Construction is expected to take 16 months.
