SURPRISE, Ariz. (AP) - Police in the Phoenix suburb of Surprise say a robbery and gunfight at a home left a resident and a suspect wounded and resulted in the arrests of two other suspects.
Police say the resident called 911 Wednesday night to report that he was being robbed and that responding officers found him wounded but conscious and able to give descriptions of the robbers.
Police later took two men into custody at a hospital where they had taken a third man with a gunshot wound.
