NYC woman sued over her consumer review of doctor

NEW YORK (AP) - A New York City woman is fighting a defamation lawsuit by a doctor unhappy with her negative consumer review.

The New York Post says Michelle Levine wrote a review blasting the level of care she received and the gynecologist’s bill.

Levine says she wrote an honest review and posted it on Yelp, Zocdoc and Healthgrades.

Levine says the court battle has cost her close to $20,000 so far.
