SEATTLE (AP) - A 24-year-old homeless man has pleaded not guilty to raping a woman in a Seattle car dealership bathroom.

KING-TV reports Christopher Teel pleaded not guilty to rape and unlawful imprisonment Wednesday in King County Superior Court.

Charging documents say Teel followed a 40-year-old woman into the bathroom on May 14, broke into the stall, choked and raped her.

She screamed for help and tried to fight back. Documents say employees at the dealership interrupted the attack and restrained Teel until police arrived.

Teel remains jailed on $1 million bail.
